Cancellation Policy

Tampa Bay Fishing Adventures works hard to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for every guest. Please review our cancellation policy before booking your charter.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required to reserve your trip date.
Full payment is due before or at the time of departure unless stated otherwise during booking.

Customer Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled trip receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the trip receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip are non-refundable.

No Shows
Guests who fail to arrive at the scheduled departure time without prior notice will forfeit all payments and deposits.

Weather and Captain Cancellations
Safety comes first. Tampa Bay Fishing Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the captain cancels the trip, guests will receive the choice of:
• A full refund
• Rescheduling for another available date

Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time without refund.

Trip Changes
Requests to change the trip date or charter details are subject to availability and approval.

Fishing Conditions
Fish activity and weather conditions vary daily. Tampa Bay Fishing Adventures does not guarantee the number or type of fish caught during any charter.

By booking a trip with Tampa Bay Fishing Adventures, guests agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
